  • You get a single growth pod: media, creative, Shopify and data in one thread. We ship in weekly cycles with a fixed testing and reporting cadence. Decisions are logged; dashboards are the source of truth. Stand-ups are async where possible — so we spend less time in meetings and more time shipping.

  • Engagements are custom scope — retainer plus performance components where it fits. We do not publish list pricing because stack depth varies by brand. Book a Growth Audit and we will return a written scope, milestones and fees within five business days.

  • Static, motion, UGC direction, landing page copy and iterative ad creative — all in-house. We prioritise velocity and test hygiene over hero brand films. Production scales with your SKU complexity and compliance needs.

  • Mostly Shopify-native DTC: beauty, apparel, supplements, home, pet and food. We avoid categories we cannot measure cleanly or where platform policy risk is unmanaged. If your category sits outside this, we will tell you in the first call.

  • No — we embed alongside in-house teams constantly. WeGrape is infrastructure, not a replacement. We handle execution depth and systems that are hard to maintain in-house, while your team owns strategy direction and relationships.

  • AI handles repeatable ops: reporting, research summaries, draft briefs and first-pass copy. Humans approve spend, creative direction and anything customer-facing. Every agent has an owner, clear inputs and a kill switch.

  • Contribution margin proxies where available, blended ROAS, MER, CAC and payback — plus leading indicators like creative fatigue, holdout tests and cohort LTV. We align definitions with finance before we scale spend.

  • A live dashboard (Shopify, ads, email) plus a weekly written summary: what changed, what we learned, next tests and risks. Monthly deep dives cover incrementality, creative winners and platform roadmap.
